Placing it at the top of each forum makes it very visible.

The links to "Essential GIMP Tutorials" from here, "Essential GIMP Tutorials Discussion Thread" at the beginning and end of this topic give me the following error.

"You are not authorised to read this forum."

From, "Gimp Tutorials" and Molly's (Mon Dec 12, 2011), "Essential GIMP Tutorials" topic all is well.
