Did you try refreshing your mosaic? Is that in GMIC?

Here is my mosaic script. For a screenshot, go to Gimp, File > Create > create screenshot. If you only want part of the shot you can open it in gimp and edit it and cut out just the part you want.

Hey pirate541; instead of trying to follow my flow, I highly recommend that you use the script outlined below. :)

oops, sorry, that is what is wrong. I posted the wrong script. I looked under mosaic in my scripts and it was under cobblestone.   So it is under GMIC, artistic now it makes sense

I finally found it pirate, stupid me, I was looking under mosaic instead of cobblestone. Anyway, mine is the same as yours but I don't know anything about the settings so I guess it would be an experimental thang.
Someone will come along to help you, I am sure.

Ok, I just tried running that cobblestone Mosaic. I ran it on a blank layer and used the default settings and it came out like a mosaic pattern. I wanted to try it on a picture so I opened one, then ran the script and all I got was mud, I tried it with different settings and I still got mud. Is there anyone out there that would make a small step by step to get me started in the right direction?
First I open a layer with an image (picture), then what?
maybe a scrn shot of the settings might help.

thanks,

I usually use the Hex option pirate; Still, I do add some of my own flair (read through Graechan's thread to see what). :)
