I like the wallpapers. I'm wondering about Linux, Gnu and GIMP.

Where can I get info on the history of these software programs and where they are going.

I'm kind of already in the GIMP spirit by giving away free tutorials on how to make height map images for woodcarvers, which I think probably makes me a not so well liked guy on the CarveWright web site, since everyone who is anyone there, is trying to sell patterns to people.
