PSPI works when installed in the directory "\pref_1", PSPI does not work in "...\PhotoComix" (I think there is a plugin incompatible with PSPI).
Do you think this is something impossible - PSPI and FILTER USER work and same time?

You can test by temporarily removing the plugin seems to be causing the problem.

I didn't reply yet because at the my 64bit laptop is in this moment unusable

A hardware problem, nothing related to gimp but i can't try it , my other computer is at 32 bit and for the laptop i may have to wait 1 or 2 days to have fixed

Hopefully later in the afternoon my 64 bit laptop will be fixed

I like much the idea of 2 configuration one "streamline" and one with all extra included

To be really friendly would be nice have a installer offering , during the installation to place shortcut for both (on the desktop and/or in All Program).
Just to wrapper nicely, because even as now seems perfectly working, ..i am impatient to try better i could run only few minutes before my laptop crisis (not related ,the fan got stuck, ) and on my desktop i may only use 32bit sw

My laptop seems fixed now and from what i see everything works fine with your last version

"maringouin" works in 32 bits and 64 bits.
You can overwrite older versions by this new version.
The 32-bit version should have the same structure as the 64-bit

It would be amazing if this list of options would be displayed once at first gimp loading, and would allow to place corresponding
desktop shortcut,
to allow from that moment to start gimp just clicking on a Desktop icon corresponding to the chosen option(s).

i updated the Shellout version and corrected the path for the userfilter,
(but for the userfilter i am not sure if the path would be correctly remapped, or will be needed to reset it)

well i used to do a lot of different manipulation in the last 24h and believe now is really ready ..at least for a last public test

So today i will upload a new version (almost identical to that in last Samj link, except for a newer version of gmic and shellout,( and a script clone removed ) and then edit and update the first message...
or may be better start a new topic since this has already a lot of pages ?

That is the more recent GAP at 64 bit, the other version you quote was compiled only at 32bit

You can install a 32 bit version of GAP, it should not be a problem.

oh yes sure, i preferred in this case the 64bit version because 32bit limitations for RAm

But i host also the last 32bit build of GAP -2.7 (as far i know there is not yet a 2.8) here
