hem maybe i was too enthsiastic about the svg of that side..or i really forget how use inkscape

I try with tux but was as everything was merged and flattened , no layers no object no paths

EDIT : not the problem is with inkscape in gimp i may well see the separate path..

where Inkscape hides the command to show the paths ?

In Inkcape 0.48 you now just need to pass your mouse over an object and it shows the path.It will glow red.
Click the path node tool to edit the path for that object.
If you want you can also just create each object in a separate layer as Inkscape supports layers.

Thank Rod..i was quite frustrated i hovered the mouse in any way but never happened, i will try again

in the while i went back to bitmap graphic...a attempt of bat (hem the BG is still to clean well )
