Been using GIMP since 2.4! I've used it on Ubuntu/Fedoracore, Windows XP, Windows 7, and Mac OSX! Still my favorite program for digital painting and any function of illustration in which the normal program used in Photoshop. I love that I can use Photoshop tutorials and find GIMP equivalents with ease (especially the "DC Guide to Digitally Drawing Comics").
