New member saying hi

hello gimpchat community!
i just joined gimpchat yesterday, though i have been reading tutorials and following other gimpchat topics off and on since 2010. i'm so impressed by all the creativity in this group and i think i joined most of all to be able to tell gimpchat members exactly how awesome they are

. i can't remember when i first started using gimp but it's been a long time now and i like it more for every time i use it. i use it for photo editing, for creating images from scratch and for making collages from already existing images.

when i had joined it occurred to me that maybe i have something that could be worth posting a tutorial on - i'll see if i have the confidence to post it, otherwise i'll probably see you next in a positive comment on some fantastic work!

Welcome to our world AnMal. Great to have you hear and nice of you to give us some very positive feedback. There are some great artists here and they are always willing to help each other in any way they can. I hope you do post your tutorial and let us all give it a test run with our various operating systems etc.
