OS Version: Windows 7
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level

List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:

It seems I don't have a plugin folder to put this: http://registry.gimp.org/node/33
What am I doing wrong or where am I supposed to look! Helllllp! :gaah

You should have. C:/Documents and settings/Your name (or administrator)/Gimp 2.8/plugins.

AH! That's what the problem was, I was in Program files not Documents and Settings!!

Yes you should always place your resource files be they scripts, plug-ins, brushes in the User/.gimp-2.8 sub folders.
This way you do not install over them , and or lose them when you update your Gimp with future versions. :)
This also keeps your default install resource files separated.So you do not move something your not supposed to.
