A scroll window capture tool for Linux

Does anyone know where i can get one?
I want to capture entire web pages of tutorials to convert to images.
My 3 screen capture programs, ScreenShot, Shutter, and Ksnapshot will not capture scrolling windows.
I tried with FastStone Capture and it will probably work if i open a Windows browser in Wine first, but i really want a screen capture utility for Fedora 17.Something that works in my Linux browser.

you can save a complete website with most browsers

you can reopen that page (offline) in your browser again and all the pictures will be stored in a folder

GIMP 2.8 is able to load webpages ("File->Create->From Webpage"). This feature was briefly covered in Rolf Steinort's Meet The GIMP Episode 184).

As an alternative, you can print to PDF, I prefer Opera and CUPS-PDF but in FireFox it is print to file -> pdf. You get the odd site like GimpChat where you have to increase the page width

but most are comfortable printing to US letter or A4 sizes.
I dump anything interesting I come across straight to pdf and sort them out later.

an example in LibreOffice 3.6 Draw which has now become a very reasonable PDF editor.

Thanks everyone.
I just wanted to be able to right click a web page and save it as an image.Then crop what i wanted later.I had no idea Gimp could already capture an entire page as an image.Nice to be able to save whole web page tutorials this way.

No it errors as an unknown file type actually.

Oh, thank you SO MUCH for this topic! This Firefox add-on saves a lot of grief. It's interesting that Gimp has this functionality too, but I think it's more convenient inside browser, otherwise there needs to be a Gimp app open at all times...

Of course Gimp is wonderful in utilizing the screen captures.

I use Opera and the extension for getting screengrabs is "Screenshoter":

it works great. I can get an entire page or parts of it. Just make sure the page is zoomed to 100%
