i fear not, i believed was compiled by samj but looking better i can't find it in the index
http://samjcreations.blogspot.it/search ... plugins%29About the potential i believe the point is the same as for similar multifilter plugins that basically are a framework to create new filters (as the Lua plugin, Gimp#, Gmic, Mathmap) : the quality and quantity of the "filters" already included as "examples" ,and how many would contribute with new interesting filters.
As now gmic seems the absolete winner not only because the most polished and cared , but also for the amount of excellent filters included.
Gimp# had a lot of potential supporting not only 1 but many different languages, yet it didn't had much success, nobody except its author contribuited interesting filters and ,and so even if has really a LOTof potential (i.e a lot of people know and use Java and Gimp# supported also java ) the project is basically dead
I never installed because i didn't see in the examples nothing really turning me on,(and i don't know the language at all , neither i am too interested to learn it ) but that was time ago not sure if now there is more
