I have always asked myself how does it feel to celebrate Christmas as well as the New Year's Day in the warm season, as it occurs in the amazing "Land Down Under". :sun

I imagine that it has to be funny to have the possibility of drinking a toast on the beach, for instance.

OH, that sounds wonderful to me, to have a champagne toast on the beach!!!! I'll drink to that! I saw video of the Sydney Harbor fireworks, they were beautiful as always.

Lol, we are hoping to make a trip to England this spring...not sure exactly where or when exactly, but looking at Newcastle, Sheffield, or Nottingham.

If I had a shotgun, I would shoot 2012 into oblivion now and look forward to it's death. Let's hope 2013 is blessed for us all. Am greatful to finally get a full time job though (so 2012 wasn't all gloom and doom; lol). May you all have a very happy new year.

What you need is a nice norse beard, fortunately there is help here. Personally, I think the one with the horns is SO you. I always form mental images of what everybody looks like here, which are always wrong. I wish we has a rogue's gallery of the regular users.

My father was born in Skjold, Rogaland, Norway, it's a beautiful country and the people are wonderful.
