i need help working the fish eye effect... or how to make an immige fish eye on gimp 2.6 please help me...

A very simple way to do this is to cut out your image (circle)
Go to Filters/Map/Map Object..
Choose sphere and transparent bg.

If you want to do an entire square image try G'MIC's FishEye filter
