The phrase I used is from the movie '
Blade Runner' with '
Harrison Ford',

maybe you recognize it.
"HOW did you color it?" I was hopping that no one would ask me that.
I should have know better and saved the xcf file, but in general...
I first created the phrase using the 'Orbit Racer' font created by Chris. Duplicated it, alpha selected it, shrunk the selection, cleared the selection (inside).
Did the same thing to the other text layer, but shrunk it a little more, inverted the selection, cleared the out side. Then added some 'Bevel and Emboss'. Then colored each layer using 'colorize', added a pattern 'overlay' (see pattern image below), merged everything and created a drop-shadow.
There were a few things I did that I can't remember, but the next time I do something like this, I'll save it in stages so that I can post it here.
