I remember someone here hit me up with a good site that I can use my offered services to get some income. I lost all my old bookmarks, and everything when my laptop's motherboard fried. I go there when i need a few extra bucks.You sign up and select the kinds of work you want and they send you emails of jobs that come up.You bid on the job and if you get an interview you probably will get hired.
I have been a member there for 3 years now.
I worked with flash signage designs for a pizzeria restaurant.Some SWiSH Max 4 editing, and stuff like that.
Pretty easy stuff, and most of the time you are paid by the hour.You download their software that takes a snapshot of your desktop every 15 minutes.That way the client knows your not logging hours sitting around.Some jobs are by the job itself.You get paid after the work is complete or you can ask for part up front.

Tests are available for Photoshop and flash qualification as well as others.The more tests you pass the better your portfolio looks.

Lots of work there for web design and graphic design.
Most of these guys will underbid you big time.Catch the right client though and you could be working for up to 6 months to permanent.
