Hello im new to the editing picture manipulation programes i just started using gimp 2 i watched all the tutorials but there wasnt any tutorial about how to make a picture from scratch xD im doing a wallpaper and i need to make 2 cross roses but couldnt find any tutorial on how to make it so please if anyone can help or tell me where can i get help in this well be very helpfull.

Finding a tutorial to do exactly what you want to do, especially when your new to a program, is not always easy or the best way to go. I'm sure you would like instant results but you would be wise to try to learn some Gimp basics first.
I suggest you go through this excellent introductory tutorial, Beginning with GIMP.

oh no im not looking for one to show me exactly what i need to do its just that through all those tutorials none of them actully showed me how to make en image from scratch xD thats what im looking for like how to draw the flower i need and such things.

Check out youtube and the gimp registry.There is a script that creates flowers.
If you want it realistic looking try opening a rose image in Gimp, and make it a bit transparent.Now try and paint the colors and lighting over that layer. (separate transparent layers for each color), and see what it looks like.You may be surprised.
