EDIT: Updating from Gimp 2.6 to 2.8 seems to have solved the problem

This error has to do with some DLL files updated in Gimp-2.8 i believe.

Maybe this should be brought to Davids (G'MICS creator), attention.Maybe a version for both Gimp-2.6 and Gimp-2.8 is required? Still a lot of folks using Gimp-2.6 versions right now.It is just too stable of a version to give up i guess.
