THE TROLL GIRL!!

I think this is very nice, the only 2 things I see is, I don't quite see how the 2 earrings on the tip of her ear are attached, maybe from the inside? Also her facial expression seems a bit odd, and for a card I'd think she should look happy! But her mouth says aggravated or displeased and her eye say wheeeeeee presents!
The texture on her skin is amazing (especially on the ear) and I love that hair!

Nice work!

Despite others saying that the smile looks ok, I agree with you on this; there was something slightly reserved about the smile. It took me a fair amount of time to tweak this around until I got to this point, using a wider mouth and more exaggeratedly raised corners. At least to me this feels more like a happy-smile now.
I did intend the earrings to be mounted insider the ear, but they could just as well be attached to the ridge so I added that for clarity, thanks!

griatch: i love this! looks like it would make a really good card too. i don't agree with mokonafan about the expression, it looks like she's been caught by a camera while she's laughing or talking about something that makes her happy

. her hair is so beautifully painted and i do realise she has big hair (at least the troll girl i've seen before in pictures by you has big hair), but i still wonder if her head is a little too big around the top - i would have expected the hair strands in the top left corner of the picture to come from a slightly different angle.
Yes, it's the same troll-girl. She does have a very large amount of hair but you are right that the direction of hair could make her head look bigger than it is. I changed it now, thanks!

Her mouth seems cheery to me. I don't think there's anything off about the expression at all. Looks good! Great job on the skin detail!
I think there's a rather odd highlight in her hair, near the bottom and about 10% right of middle... where a few strands overlap.
I had to look a bit to see what you mean, I think you refer to the brightening effect that happened when happening to cross several strands with less than 100% opacity. Fixed that now, thanks!
Thanks again, people, great feedback.
