Thank you everyone

Interesting combination of sharp edges and almost iconic style with dreamy lighting. This gives a clean and friendly impression that would work well in a children's book or similar I think. Had I not known it was done today I would half expect this to be pixel-art too, there is something in the grass style that reminds me of this most endearing era of computer graphics.
Like it a lot, BaukjeSpirit, good job!

Thank you! And I wished it was pixel art

I've always wanted to be able to create my own pixel art scenes.

I like it, nice work. Something seems to be missing, but don't know what that might be. Maybe add in a small forest creature or something like that. Still really nice fantasy forest.
Thanks! There will be forest creatures, but they will be added later like Moko said

Thanks for the tip about cool colours, BaukjeSpirit. I've been reading a lot about the temperature of colours lately and it's a very complicated subject, for me anyway.
The finished picture looks great, keep up the good work.
You're welcome. And I agree it is a complicated subject, I mostly study photos and drawings and take note of colors, textures, shapes etc. and take that with me when I draw
