I went ahead and bought it, and then updated this first version.
I'd say its worth it.I'll use it for the new Gimp mag to create PDF albums. =)
Here is a newer downloaded version screen-shot.It has a lot of extra built in stuff, like raw conversion and white balance.Effects, and filters.It even has composition settings.
